Non-profit boards are most effective when board members understand their role and responsibilities and use their collective resources for the benefit of those they serve.
Topics covered will include:
- Duties, expectations and requirements for each individual board member
- Strategies for meaningful and mutually satisfactory board service
- Board leadership that makes a difference and achieves results
Attendees have the choice of meeting in a group setting at the Union County Chamber or via Zoom. Zoom link will be shared closer to the time of the meeting.
