This annual event at Chatuge Regional Hospital in Hiawassee has information on advanced directives; estate recovery program; organ donation; Georgia's Eye Bank; home health agencies; rehabilitation; hospice agencies and home health equipment.  

Receive free screenings on blood pressure; weight; breast exam; diabetic screening; O2 saturation; body fat percent; carotid ultrasound; DEXA/bone density scan; mini mental exam; hearing screen and vision screen.

Lab Work offered:
PSA $10; Comprehensive lab panel with Vitamin D - $0 ($605 value for the lab work)

Pre-register Monday - Friday, April 30th - May 4th from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  You may pre-register for lab work at the hospital information desk.
