As a band FreeBird's members have been in love with the music since childhood, and play these songs with the same passion and intensity of Lynyrd Skynyrd themselves. Even Skynyrd’s original manager, Alan Walden, is a fan of the band, and introduced them on stage at The Capital Theatre in Macon.
