Family Hiking Day

Dicks Creek Gap Family Trail Workshop & Hike
Your choice of 2 family activities:
A) 1.5 hour trail workshop; group cleanup of Dicks Creek Gap area, and, guided hike on the Appalachian Trail to the Vista on Powell Mountain and back.
Difficulty Level: Strenuous—5.5 miles round trip
Or
B) 1.5 hour trail workshop; group cleanup of Dicks Creek Gap area, and, guided hike on the Appalachian Trail to the Dicks Creek Gap “stealth” campsite and back.
Difficulty Level: Moderate—2 miles round trip

There is a limit of 12 participants for each hike so sign your family up soon! Both activities are being provided by Top of Georgia Hiking Center, Hiawassee at no charge!
