Community Health & Resource Fair

You're invited to attend this free & open to the public one day, one stop fair presented by the Appalachian Aging Resource Network and learn about the services & programs available for you and your family.  Local organizations, the healthcare community and businesses that provide resources in the North Georgia Mountains will be featured.  FREE Health Screenings & Virtual Dementia Training(limited spaces) will be available.
