DESCRIPTION:We are happy to be together again for our annual Empty Bowls event here at John C. Campbell Folk School. We are excited to continue this tradition and raise awareness about hunger in our communities. All profits from the event will benefit food banks that serve Clay and Cherokee counties: the Sharing Center in Murphy\, Matt's Ministry\, Cherokee County Food Bank\, and Clay County Food Pantry. The 2023 event generated over $14\,000\, and we hope to raise even more this year.
